The first stage of your project begins with a meeting, either by telephone or in person. Together, we'll discuss your needs and the specific features you want for your vehicle's interior. RVan offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to tailor the equipment to your preferences. You can choose from several configurations, such as two- or four-seater, with or without awning, lithium or AGM batteries, propane or all-electric, and much more. Following this meeting, we'll be able to provide you with a detailed quotation, precisely describing the interior layout you've imagined.

Your project becomes a reality with Rvan. All the equipment selected, the expected delivery date and the total cost of the project are incorporated directly into the contract. A deposit of $3,000 is required at the time of signature to formalize the project launch.

If you already have your vehicle, you can proceed directly to the next step. However, if necessary, we can assist you in the purchase of your vehicle by advising you on the essential options to include for optimum conversion. What's more, some Mercedes dealers offer 20-year financing plans, covering both the cost of the vehicle and the conversion costs.

We keep you informed of the progress of your conversion every step of the way, from start to final delivery. Even if you haven't yet received your vehicle, we can start the manufacturing process. All components are produced upstream, and work on the vehicle itself takes place in the final, assembly phase.

On delivery, we provide you with a detailed explanation of all the systems to ensure that you get to grips with them and become completely familiar with your vehicle. Now all you have to do is make the most of it!
